It is at the point where the middle line of the face meets the hair line...

 In ancient times,

People with a lock of hair below the hairline were considered good luck opportunities for both men and women, and therefore 15 and 16 years were critical ages for both sexes.

(Young males leave their homes to take exams, while girls get married at the age of 15 or 16 years).

When there is no mole, line, or scar at the “top of the forelock” point or the “middle of the forelock” point, and also when the two points are not covered by hair, the person will enjoy general chances of luck from the age of 15 to 16 years. He will also succeed. In studies, and vice versa, when the two spots are covered with hair and are accompanied by the presence of a mole, line, or scar, the person has bad luck in studying and may leave school in the early years. He may be lucky to return to school again.

Note:

 Life begins  in face reading as soon as the fetus is conceived, so the ten months of pregnancy are counted as part of a person’s age.   In  other words , a person is considered one year old two months after birth in the term face reading.

However...

If the other relevant points in subsequent years are complete then the chances of bad luck for “top forelock” and “middle forelock”  may simply mean that he will work in the summer vacation.

A woman with a dimple in her hairline usually gets married early, while a woman with a dimple in her hairline may not find the right person in those two years and will marry at an older age.

A dimple in the hairline also means incompatibility with the father. People with this dimple usually do not have a good relationship with their children, and this applies especially to males.

Nowadays,

The appropriate age for marriage is not an important issue. However, a dimple in the hairline means that a woman may lose her virginity at the age of 15 or 16 years.
